It is well maintained, safe and a great value. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to respond and there are frequent community events. As a single mom, I have been perfectly content here and it has been 5 years.

I've been at Woodlake for several years now; I'm staying.I love the natural environment, peace and quiet, and responsive staff. My unit is well-maintained, with routine safety checks. The pool and clubhouse are simple and lovely. Laundry facilities are abundant, well-maintained, with key-only access. Security lighting is good. Parking is ample.
