At Woodlake Apartments, residents have access to our lighted tennis courts & sports courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, laundry care centers and other community amenities.
At Woodlake Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Woodlake Apartments, the application fee is $50 per applicant, and the administration fee is $100 per household, both due at the time of application.
At Woodlake Apartments, residents are responsible for covering the cost of water, sewer, and trash, which are paid to Woodlake along with rent. Additionally, residents are responsible for their electric, gas, internet, and cable services.
Woodlake Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $20 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee and $150 refundable pet deposit, due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Residents of Woodlake Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
